Phase 1 : setting the business objectives

The first phase involves an assessment of your strategic direction, and consists of a series of interviews with key players within your organization. Jointly we'll evaluate your current position and scale the potential challenges in a tangible and understandable way.

The output from this phase will be a report of the business improvements that will come from aligning your sales culture and a plan of what needs to be changed to achieve this. If these preliminary results interest you we will move on to the execution phase.
